1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ferminux website, mobile application, and services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. The Platform is not offered where its use would be unlawful, and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and verify your email address.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any two-factor authentication device.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits, staking & the FMX token

Deposits are made in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) to an address assigned to your account.
Staking allocates funds to a gold-linked product that accrues a daily return set by the operator; returns are variable and not guaranteed.
Each stake has a lock period; withdrawing capital early incurs the disclosed fee. Earnings are withdrawable subject to network fees.
FMX is a pre-launch token sold in a presale at the stated price. Token allocations are recorded in-app and map to the on-chain token at mint.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, security checks, address whitelisting where enabled, and network fees. We may review, delay, or decline withdrawals to comply with law or investigate suspected fraud.

6. Referrals

Referral rewards are paid according to the published multi-level and rank rules, which the operator may change prospectively. Rewards obtained through abuse, self-referral, or fraud may be reversed.

7. Prohibited use

Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion.
Automated abuse, exploitation of bugs, or manipulation of rewards.
Use on behalf of sanctioned persons or in prohibited jurisdictions.

Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. See our Risk Disclosure.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferminux disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, blockchain networks, or third parties.
