Last updated: 19 August 2026
This document is provided for the Ferminux platform. It is a general template and not legal advice; have it reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it. By using Ferminux you agree to the current version of this document.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Ferminux collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Platform.

2. Data we collect

3. How we use it

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly to run the Platform — including email delivery (Resend) and blockchain infrastructure — and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed (scrypt); wallet keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); two-factor authentication is available; access is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

6. Retention & your rights

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Subject to law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@ferminux.com.

7. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version here with a new date.
