Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Ferminux collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Platform.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Verification data: identity details and document information you submit for KYC.
- Financial data: deposit/withdrawal addresses, on-chain transactions, balances, stakes, and referral activity.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs for security and fraud prevention.
3. How we use it
- To operate your account, process deposits, staking, withdrawals, and token purchases.
- To verify identity and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
- To secure the Platform, prevent fraud, and send transactional emails and notifications.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers strictly to run the Platform — including email delivery (Resend) and blockchain infrastructure — and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed (scrypt); wallet keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); two-factor authentication is available; access is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk.
6. Retention & your rights
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Subject to law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@ferminux.com.
7. Children
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy and will post the revised version here with a new date.
