1. Commitment
Ferminux is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime, and to complying with applicable AML/CTF laws.
2. Identity verification (KYC)
- Users may be required to verify their identity before depositing, withdrawing, or transacting above certain thresholds.
- We collect and verify name, identity-document details, and other information as needed.
- We may refuse or restrict service where verification cannot be completed.
3. Monitoring
We monitor transactions for suspicious activity, apply risk-based controls, and may request source-of-funds information. Deposits and withdrawals may be reviewed, delayed, or declined.
4. Sanctions
We screen against applicable sanctions lists and prohibit use by sanctioned persons or from prohibited jurisdictions.
5. Reporting & records
We keep records as required by law and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where obligated. We cooperate with lawful requests.
